Awww, I hear wedding bells soon!
Well ok their wedding is a year away, but this sweet couple is super excited for their big day. This was my first engagement shoot, yay!
We headed to Mission and Pacific Beach on a crowded Saturday evening. We got some good shots, and even convinced the lifeguard to let us shoot a pic with his 'Rescue' surfboard. Thanks buddy!

Just my girls...

No proofing to do this week! So instead I am trying to capture my two little girls, and remember that they are the reason I love photography :) This is my oldest - she is such a beautiful person inside and out... ok ok, I am biased... lol. My youngest is my ham - she is such a comedienne... I can't wait to see what her personality is like later on, because right now, she is awesome!

Jaclyn, part two :)

Mama to be, Jaclyn, came over during the week to continue our session from last weekend. We got a few studio shots that I wanted to share. She is such a cute mama to be!!

Jaclyn and Adrian...

This was my first maternity shoot, and I was so excited to shoot such a cute couple. They are first time parents and are totally excited for their little baby girl, Isabel's arrival. We headed to a private beach in La Jolla and got some great shots. We had a couple of interesting moments, including the crazy drunk guy that interrupted our shoot and then 'broke into' (ok the gate was unlocked) the house right above the beach... fun times. Anyways, it was pretty overcast that day so I wasn't able to get a fun silhouette during the sunset shot, but that's ok. Jaclyn is glowing and such a beautiful mommy to be. I know they are going to be great parents... I hope you enjoy your sneak peak :) Oh, Jaclyn came over for a few studio shots this week, so I will post those in a few days :) Enjoy....

Colby

A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure to have a little photo shoot with this little guy, Colby. He was such a good baby - super happy! My goodness his smile and his eyes are amazing. Mommy wanted to have a few pictures of him with these special hand made blankets - Colby has three older brothers who all have the same photograph taken of them with it as babies. Such a cute little guy! Enjoy, R family :)
